Somewhere in the world, a child is deeply grateful for the chance to sit in a classroom📚 For many of us, going to school was simply part of growing up. We may not have thought twice about our books, uniforms, lunches or the opportunity to learn. But for many children living below the poverty line, education is never guaranteed. At Ramana’s Garden, more than 200 children receive a free education, along with nourishing meals, books, school supplies, clothing and medical care. Some of these students are also orphaned children who live at Ramana’s and have found a safe home and loving family here. Even $1 a day becomes meaningful when a community comes together. It helps us continue filling classrooms, serving meals, purchasing school supplies and giving children opportunities that could change the course of their lives. Never underestimate the difference a small act of kindness can make.
